PRIVACY POLICY
This explains what personal information I collect through this website and my services, why I collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 2026.
This website is run by Thompson Administration Services Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number 734049), with its registered office at 20 Rath Ullord, Kilkenny R95 AX8Y. I’m Sandra Thompson, the company’s director, and I’m responsible for how your information is handled.

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, business name, website or Instagram handle, what you’re interested in, and your message.
• When you book a call: your name, email address and any details you add to the booking. Bookings are handled by Zoom, Google and Calendly.
• When you email me: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• When you join The Business Gym: membership sign-up and payment are handled by the Movement platform. I can see your name, email address and membership details, but I never see your card details.
• When you become a client: the contact and business information needed to deliver the work we’ve agreed, as set out in our client agreement.
• To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together. This is in my legitimate interest, and it’s a step you’ve asked me to take before any contract.
• To provide the services or membership you’ve signed up for, under our contract.
• To keep business and tax records that I’m legally required to keep.
I will never sell your information. I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you’ve asked to join one, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
I use a small number of trusted services to run my business. They only process your information to provide their service to me:
• Framer, which hosts this website and processes contact form submissions
• Google (Gmail and Google Workspace), for email and documents
• Calendly, Zoom and Google, for call bookings
• Movement, for The Business Gym membership
• XERO, for client invoicing and tax records
Some of these providers store information outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on recognised legal safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• If an enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, I delete it within 12 months.
• Client and membership records are kept for six years after we stop working together, because Irish tax law requires it.
This website uses analytics cookies to see how visitors use it. You can accept or decline them using the banner when you first visit.
You can ask me to:
• give you a copy of the information I hold about you
• correct anything that’s wrong
• delete your information, where I don’t need to keep it by law
• stop or limit how I use it
• send your information to you or someone else in a usable format
Just email me and I’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
